Vietnam Visa On Arrival

Documents Travelers Require To Get Their Visa on Arrival at Vietnam

It’s quite easy to get your important Visa on Arrival when traveling to Vietnam, but you do need to ensure you have the correct documents with you first and this will take some organizing ahead of time. The three documents you will need are:

  1. Your original passport.
  2. A Visa Approval Letter.
  3. And Form NA1 – this is normally sent via email so recipients can fill it in, attach their photo and sign beforehand. This saves time at the desk on arrival.

You will also need to pay the stamping fee at this time. The cost of this service is $25 per person (for a single entry into Vietnam) for 1-3 months; $50 per person for 1-3 months with multiple entries into the country; $95 per person for 3-6 months with multiple entries and $135 per person for a 1 year Visa.

Once travelers have handed their documents over they should wait near the desk to be called back in order to pay the stamping fee and receive their passport and visa back. It’s important to check all the details before you leave to ensure it is in order.
