E-Visa Eligibility Check

Congrat! Citizens of are eligible to apply for an e-visa of Vietnam.

• E-visa of Vietnam makes you eligible to visit for 30 days, single entry.
• E-visa can be used to enter Vietnam through airports, seaports and land-crossing ports.
• You won’t need to pay a fee on arrival as this will have been done already.

• You need a valid email address for notification of your e-visa status.
• A copy of your passport valid for at least 6 months. You must scan the page that holds your personal information so you can upload the information to the online form.
• You must have recent digital photograph of yourself to add to the online form.
• A valid credit card or PayPal account will be essential in order to pay for the e-visa application fee.

Unfortunately, not all travelers have the option of the e-visa. Citizens of are NOT eligible to apply for an e-visa of Vietnam. What to do? No worries!

Visitors from ineligible countries can still apply online with us for a Visa on Arrival. We will then arrange to give you a visa approval letter so you can pick up your Visa On Arrival at your destination airport.

• You can apply online without the need for any documents.
• There will be no need to queue at the embassy.
• You will get your visa on arrival at the international airport when you arrive.
• Visa on Arrival allows you to apply for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
• You can choose multiple or single entries, making it easy to organize your itinerary.

• Visa On Arrival is only for those entering Vietnam via an airport.
• You must show the visa approval letter in order to pick up your Visa On Arrival.
• The fee must be paid to get the stamp.
• You should stop to pick up your visa at the landing visa office before checking in at passport control.
